Sound Bath at Fort Whyte
Outdoor* Sound Bath at FortWhyte Alive
You’re invited to wind down with me at FortWhyte.
This isn’t your average meditation. It’s a full-body, nervous-system-soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, held in a little cabin next to the lake at FortWhyte. You’ll lay back, listen, breathe, and let the sound move through you. It’s part relaxation, part restoration, part nature therapy.
After the sound bath, we’ll gather by the fire for tea and good company. You can linger, chat, or just soak in the quiet.
** This sound bath will be outdoors if the weather is nice, and move inside if it’s not. Please dress appropriately for the weather. If you don’t want to get your yoga mat icky, bring a blanket or towel to lie on instead.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever you need to get cozy lying on the floor.
Cost: $50 / $45 for FortWhyte Alive Members
Registration is through FortWhyte.
Please note: FortWhyte experiences are non-refundable.
Earth + Essence Retreat
We are so thrilled to be taking part in Wild Renewals Earth + Essence Retreat this year. A Wild Renewal Weekend Experience designed to help you relieve stress, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

Community Self Care Sound Bath
Let’s be honest — life’s been a lot lately. You give, you hustle, you hold it all together, I love this for you, but when’s the last time you just let yourself just exist? Did something for you?
Consider this your invitation to drop into some Community Self Care. Think crystal singing bowls, being present, and some deep exhale vibes.
Bring whatever you need to get comfy laying on the floor for an hour - a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask if you want total darkness.
This is a community self care event, which means it’s donation-based / pay what you can. We’ll have a little cash jar on hand or you can make an etransfer donation if you wish. Feel free to donate in another currency! I’m always traveling and I’m happy to take take those Euros, US dollars, even Mexican Pesos off your hands.
