Self-Paced Learning Track

This one’s for the independent learners, the go-at-your-own-speed folks, or anyone who’s like: “Don’t worry, I’ve got this.” You get immediate access to the full training library - all the videos, lessons, and resources I’ve created to help you start (or grow) your sound healing practice. You can binge-watch it in a week or take it slow over months, and revisit as often as you want. No deadlines, no pressure, just you, your bowls, and all the knowledge you need.

This is also the option for you or if you want to get a jumpstart on learning the material now, and upgrade to the live certification track during our next live cohort (2026).

SBPT Live - 3 Month Live Certification Track

This is the “all in” experience. Not only do you get everything inside the training library, you also get 3 months of weekly live Zoom calls with me where we dive deeper, practice together, and I answer all your questions in real time. You’ll get coaching, feedback, assignments, and the accountability that makes sure you don’t just learn, you actually integrate and embody the work.

Crystal Singing Bowls and Instruments 

Believe it or not, you don’t need a full set of 7 bowls to facilitate beautiful and effective sound baths. For our training purposes, you will need at least 1 crystal singing bowl. If you plan to facilitate sound baths right away, I recommend investing in a set of 3 to get started. Hiiiiii, it’s me, Vivian Morningstar!

I’m a sound healer, life and business coach, and creator of the Morningstar Sound Method™.

I’ve spent years leading sound baths, training new facilitators, and weaving together the science and spirit of sound. My own journey started “totally randomly” during the pandemic, grew into a curiosity about how sound could change our state of being, and exploded into a full-time practice where I’ve guided thousands of people into deeper relaxation, healing, and self-discovery.

Along the way, I realized something important: it’s not just about playing bowls. It’s about holding space, creating intentional journeys, and owning your role as guide and being a confident facilitator. That’s why I built this training.
