Fall Goose Migration Sound Bath at FortWhyte Alive

It’s that time of year again! When hundreds of geese make their way south for the winter, and as they do, they stop on the lakes at Fort Whyte to take a little break.

We’ve timed our sound bath perfectly for the moment. We’ll settle in for a sound bath as the sun sets, the moon rises, and the geese land on the lake.

After the sound bath, we’ll gather by the bonfire for tea and good company. You can linger, chat, or just soak in the magic of fall.

What to bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever you need to get cozy lying on the ground.
