MINI RETREAT

Wintering

A sleepover sound bath/ mini reatreat

Sometimes you just need a night away from your own routine.

Somewhere quiet, with good food, a hot tub, and people who get it.

Wintering is that space. It’s a one-night mini retreat built around rest, warmth, and reconnection.
Candlelit dinner around the table. A little movement. Time to breathe.
A sound bath before bed that you actually get to fall asleep to.

No schedule overload. No pressure to “transform.”
Just a reset — for your nervous system, your body, and your spirit. It’s the perfect way to start the new year.

Hosted in a cozy A-frame cabin tucked away in the woods, this intimate one night mini retreat is your invitation to slow down and sink into the quiet of winter.

Think quiet, connection and a little luxury, without the whole production of an entire wellness weekend (you still need time to prepare for the week ahead, I get it!). A beautiful table full of good food to gather around. A hot tub under the stars. A sound bath to fall asleep to.
A morning that doesn’t start in a rush.

This mini retreat is for you if:

  • You’ve ever thought after a sound bath, “I wish I could just fall asleep here” — now’s your chance.

  • A 1 or 2 hour class just isn’t enough, but an entire weekend or week long retreat is just too much. A mini retreat that fits right into your busy life.

  • You like cozy, small-group experiences where you can actually breathe, laugh, and just be yourself.

  • You love the idea of slowing down, soaking in the hot tub, sipping something cozy, and letting sound carry you into deep rest.

  • You’re an introvert, extroverted introvert, or an introvert at heart, who wants something intimate and low pressure.

  • You want a meaningful, intentional experience to start your new year off right.

4:00 - 5:00 Arrival + Welcome Drinks
Roll in, get comfortable, grab a blanket or your drink of choice, and shake off the day. Hang out, chat, or just exist in the cozy cabin vibe.

5:00 - 6:00 Movement
Something to wake up your body, get the blood flowing, and set the tone for the evening (could be yoga, light stretch, or movement-based mindfulness).

6:00 - 7:00 Communal Dinner
We’ll all sit around the table for a beautiful, nourishing dinner together.

7:00 - 8:30 Creative Workshop
A fun, creative, low-pressure, hands-on experience to help you slow down and connect with yourself.

8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Nightcaps + Hot Tub
Soak in the hot tub, sip something warm (or cheeky), and slow down. Laugh, unwind, or just float in the heat — this is your time.

9:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Get Ready for Bed
Slip into pajamas, do whatever you do for your pm routine, and settle in for a bedtime sound bath.

10:00 PM – 11:15 PM: Bedtime Sound Bath
It’s time for a lullaby sound bath, and you can lay and listen or just fall sleep. No effort required. Let the sound waves carry you into a deep theta state for the most restorative sleep.

8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Slow Morning Breakfast + Journaling
Wake up slowly. Eat breakfast. Coffee, coffee, coffee. Or tea if that’s your vibe. Journal, reflect, or sip your coffee in peace. Take your time — no rush.

11:00 AM: Checkout
Head out feeling soft, sparkly and fully reset, and ready for the rest of 2026.

What to Expect

Hi, I’m Vivian! Sound Practitioner, Life and Business coach, and Mindfulness Guide. I’m obsessed with creating spaces where sound, presence, and space meet. This micro retreat was born from a simple idea: everyone always says after a sound bath, “I wish I could just fall asleep here.” So I made it happen.

I love crafting unique sound journeys in unexpected spaces: cabins, pools, galleries, wherever the energy calls for it. My work is about mindfulness, presence, and letting the sound carry you somewhere beyond your to-do list.

When we’re together, expect mindfulness, bowls, a few good laughs, and the kind of space that makes it okay to just… exist.

Our Cozy Cabin for the Night

FAQs

  • Yes. Dinner, snacks, and breakfast in the morning are all included. We’ll reach out to enquire about your dietary preferences after booking.

  • Cozy pajamas, a bathing suit if you will be using the hot tub, toiletries, your journal, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed.

  • Yes. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, each with one queen bed.

If you would like to bring a friend and share accommodations, that would mean you would not only share a room, but also share one queen size bed. If there is someone you want to bring that you’re comfortable sharing a bed with (a partner or your bestie for example), please contact me directly to arrange it.

  • This is an intimate mini retreat — only 3-5 spots available to keep the space cozy and personal.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

The remaining balance is due one week before the event. If payment isn’t received by that date, your deposit will be forfeited and your space may be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Due to the very limited number of spots, all payments are final and non-refundable.

However, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest (just let me know so I can update the details).

  • You can… but the retreat is designed for unplugging and being present. I’ll encourage you to keep your phone on silent/ DND/ airplane mode, or tucked away.

  • The Sound Asleep Micro Retreat on Friday night is short and sweet — just one cozy evening together. You’ll arrive later in the evening, after dinner, for welcome drinks, hot tub time, and a bedtime sound bath, then wake up to breakfast and journaling before heading home.

The Mini Retreat is a little longer and more immersive. You’ll arrive earlier in the afternoon, enjoy a sit-down dinner together, and take part in a couple of added activities (like movement and creative ritual), before winding down for the night with our bed time sound bath.

Both experiences are designed to help you slow down, reset, and start the new year feeling grounded, without the time or energy commitment of a full weekend away.
