Relaxation Sound Bath
This Sound Bath is part of our 5 week sound series
A sound bath is never just one thing. It can be a gateway to mindfulness, a meditative journey, a tool for deep relaxation, or even a portal into altered states of consciousness. The beauty of sound healing is that no two people experience it the same way—and even for the same person, each session can feel completely different.
July 29: Relaxation & Surrender – Set an intention, then simply be—allowing the sound to wash over you without effort, in a practice of trust and letting go.
This Class is Part 5 of Echoes of the Self, a 5-week exploration of the many ways we can engage with sound. Each session will offer a new lens through which to experience a sound bath—whether by listening with deep focus, using sound as a tool for transformation, or surrendering completely to its vibrations. Through this journey, you’ll begin to notice how sound not only surrounds you but reflects back to you different aspects of yourself.
Each week, we’ll explore a different way of receiving and experiencing sound:
✨ Week 1: Mindfulness – A fully guided experience using sound as an anchor for presence, orientation, and creating safety in the body.
✨ Week 2: Meditation – Let the sounds carry you into stillness, supporting a meditative state of awareness and inner peace.
✨ Week 3: Hypnosis – A blend of hypnotic guidance and sound to deepen relaxation, unlock the subconscious, and shift limiting patterns.
✨ Week 4: Active Listening – A practice in deep listening, where you attune to the nuances of sound, vibration, and silence with heightened awareness.

- Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc, anything you need to be comfy laying down for an hour
