A 90 Minute deep dive into an area of life or business where you need support, with a week of voice and text messaging support as you integrate and implement.

This is a blend of coaching, consulting and mentorship. I'll be here to help you with the tangible structures and systems of business, but also empower you to find the answers you're looking for within yourself, coach you through mindset blocks, and hold you accountable to yourself!

what’s included

  • A pre call workbook/ questionnaire to make sure our time together is tailored to your unique needs

  • A 90 Minute call via Zoom to deep dive into the area of life or business you want to work on.

  • A week of voice/ text messaging support via Voxer as you integrate and implement

  • A Google Folder of all notes, worksheets, additional resources and call recording
